whats a stage 3 garrett turbo?

what the hell is that? i found a site selling a turbo kit including intercooler for 1150 + tax .. the dude said it includes stage 3 garrett turbo + stage 3 garrett internals + xs intercooler kit for my 2000 civic dx 2dr

anyone know anything about that cause i sure dont know..i tried searching but i ddint find anything about a stage 3..

if it aint any good..ill prolly go wit the greddy kit if anything..thanks guys

Go with the greddy kit or custom kit IMO. I know there are stage 3 turbine wheels but the rest of that sounds kinda fishy.

from your description sounds like a ss autochrome kit to me.... or maybe they're using the name XSpower.

stage usually has to do with the pitch of the turbine blades. stage one usually has good spool but weaker top end and stage 2 is a combination of fast spool and high end flow. and stage 3 is usually for racing where the turbo is usually running high rpms.
