Whats the max boost i can run on stock k20a2 sleeves with a block guard, eagle rods, wiseco pistons, ect.?

it really depends on how good your tune is...

I would never boost 40 even with a built engine. Maybe on a diesel, but even then thats low boost for a diesel, lol.

i wouldnt run more than 30.....remember its all in the tune

its not how much boost can a k-series block handle, its how much horsepower can it handle.
