ive been registered for awhile, but never really posted, so i figured id intorduce myself and my car. shes not much to look at right now, has steelies and a shitty rattle can primer job, but soon things will change for her. i sold the sparcos that were in her and going back to stock seats, and buying some SI rims. as good as the sparcos looked, they sucked getting in and out of, and made my back hurt everyday.

heres a crappy interior shot with the old seats in.

and as for the engine, ill get some pics tommorow, got a B17 in her.

yeah the b17 is an older gsr, forget what years exactly, 92-93 i think, but i could be wrong. the steeriung wheel is Momo, and the shift knob is skunk 2, i know the outside of it is fugly right now, it used to be purple but the paint was flaking off and somebody scraped "f**k you" into the paint, so i did what i could. shes a work in progress, and it can only get better from here.

you are right .. the b17a1 came out of the DA body integra .. motor is rare and ive been tryin to get my hands on 1 for the past year and half =/ sell me yours =] hahaha

ive been thinking about upgrading to something else and selling the b17. if the right price was offered, i definately think about it.

and as for the color of it, id love to have granada black pearl, but for now ill settle with a jet black, until i get rich

i'm not sure what the laws are in texas, but isnt it illegal to swap a motor into your car that is older than your car?? anyways...car looks like its on the right path. get a nice paint job and clean it up a bit and some rims and she'll be lookin good as new!

no basically if you do any type of engine work on a car in the US and you dont log it then basically according to the law your cars retail is 50 bucks. thats what happened to mine the guy before me did a motor swap didnt log it and so my car will sell to a dealer for no more than 50 bucks.

eh, i never plan to sell my car to a dealer, so its not a problem. theres some 99-00 si rims somebodies sellin around me, so ill prob pick them up. but first things first, i gotta fix my shifter prob, no bushings in it, thats why it sits so low, i can move it in circles and up and down.
