Whats up

Hey whats up im new to the site and thought i would say whats up to everybody. i have a 2000 civic hatch with alot of ctr stuff on it. My car is a 2000 civic hatchback type-r look alike.
List of mods

motor (this motor is no longer running due to water being sucked up into the engine
ls\vtec
gsr head itr cams springs retainers
skunk 2 intake manifold with a short ram intake.
the block is a b18 that has been take out to 81.25 with civic type-r pistons and eagle rods.
the tranny is a civic si tranny with 30k on it.

the body
it has a civic type-r front lip, side skirts, rear lip, head lights, and fog lights.

suspion
it has a integra type-r 5 lug convertion with tien super street coilovers. Cross drilled slotted rotors up front with ebc green stuff pads. Integra type-r white rims with falken azen1s tires.

interior
itegra type-r front seats and a ls back seat. Civic type-r guage cluster.
It also has power windows and locks.

I thought for the most part, hamsters runnin on each inner wheel lip was waterproof?
