already looked @manual. the manual doesn't say to change engine oil every 3 months either (im not sure where people come up with this sh*t. I change mines every 4-5 months).

back 2spark plugs, wonder if I should change em every 6 months or so (basically twice a yr).

what!!?? Once in ten years may be? Replace plugs every 60K miles. If you have an itch to change things - take them out for inspection and gap measurement every weekend=))))

Every 30k miles with copper plugs.
:word:

30k is normal. most spark plugs can go 50k+ before they are overgapped or worn out

Yeah, spend the 10 bucks, get ngk platinum plugs and run them for 40-50,000 good miles, the only reason to change them twice a year is if they are not that great to begin with. Honda says 30.000 miles i think for maintenance and i would say that is low if you get high quality plugs. I just bought NGK Laser Platinum plugs haven't put them in yet tho, i am hoping to leaving them in for about 50,000, maybe check them once or twice a year.
