why not just keep it in your car? if someone wants just your rims, they wont usually break into the car and search for a key, too much time wasted. and if your whole car gets jacked, lacking the lug key wont stop them from getting the rims. so just find a spot in your car

I use two different keys. Each hidden in totally different spots.

dont keep it in your car... my buddy had his stolen and he did the two sets of wheel locks thing. One wheel lock on the front and oppsite rear for one key and then the same for the other key and put one somewhere in the trunk and the other somewhere in the car and they found his s**t. Left one side of the car on cinder blocks, no headlights, ECU, gauge cluster, and got his CAI. Put the key in your house in a safe place, not in your garage or anything... just hide the damn thing and when you go to a shop take the key with you and leave it with them.

you might as well take your spare and jack out as well........
but you better have incredibly faith that your cell phone will never die or lose reception and that your always at a place and time where someone you know is very near to help you out......

more people get their s**t stolen when they leave their car to go get help for their flat tire.......

thats what im sayin, if rims are gunna be a b***h to get just take it the whole9 and they'll take the car...

i hide mine ( im not tellin ) buts its always good to hide it under the seat, side of your seat by the rails, ash tray, CD holder ( gotta be slick ) but again dont forget lock nuts where made so no one can steal your rims, most of the time you just need a 12point 17mm or 19mm, i found that out when i lost my key and hada flat ended up striping the threads for the key but they came off..

they gotta be stupid to sit there and look for the key and use his jack.. ive talked to a number of people that steal cars and thats the last thing they'll do, " thank god they dont know where i live" but yeah i dont know them that well and they tell me some stories of how they get cought s**t they wont do and cars they wont steal, and i heard of acouple people going to dealerships jacking up cars and taking the rims.. crazy s**t

up ur butt jobu . .

hehe j/p

i would just keep it in the car. if ppl want the wheels that bad they will more than likely take the whole car. and the locks can be broken off anyway. do yourself a favor and buy an autolock and install a kill switch

I leave mine in the vinyl bag that the stock lug wrench, jack tool, and that weird little wrench for the sunroof came in. Thieves will just use a hammer and chisel to break the wheel stud anyway. The locks on my car aren't completely useless though, they do slow down a would be thief a little.

But most of the time they'll just steal the whole damn car and strip it at their leisure. That's why I'll never tell where my kill switch is.

Besides I got the Konigs back off the sedan and the steelies back on. They can have those POS Dunlop D60s
