Where is the fuel cut off switch??

Hi fellow civic owners, i need to find the Inertia fuel cut off switch for my 1999 civic coupe 1.6lsi i have been told it is under the passenger footwell, but i cannot find it i have been looking for ages. the cars rhd uk spec. please can someone tell me exactly where it is, maybe post a picture thank you.

thanx for the reply i cant see where you mean if your indicating that it is the black plug thats not a switch on my one i can see the wiring though.
