Where is the "ignition off" terminal?

Long story short - my command start and alarm are screwed. So they have been disconnected.

Until I can afford to get it looked at or fixed or buy a new one, I would like to keep a "fake" led light to deture theifs from my car. There is the stock red LED on the top of my steering collum that lights up when my alarm is on - but ever since my alarm has been disconnected it is constantly on no matter what, which is a little irritating to drive with on.

So I bought a replacement blue LED to put in (because blue is cool than red after all). Anyway reading through the manual it tells me to hook the red wire up to a 12v constant (easy), hook the black up to a ground (easy) but heres the tricky one. Says hook the yellow wire up to 12v ignition (grounded when the engine is off). Then it says..

"An ignition terminal can usually be found at the vechicals fuse box"

So I take off all my interior covering my steering wheel collum, take off the under panel around the fuse box. Look around and.... I have absolutely no idea which is the ignition terminal for when the car is turned off. Could somebody give me a hand? I'm downloading the service manual right now as well.
