I plan to turbo my 99 Ex in about five months. Ive been studying about all the stuff that you need and now im stuck on the intercooler. Im going to buy a medium sized intercooler and have the turbo at 8 psi. This is for safety reasons. Im looking for a fun daily driver. My question is where would i find turbo tubing besides the Greddy brand. Im not buying a Greddy intercooler ethier. There as much as the turbo it self. And there damn piping kits are like $500!!!! for pipes. what kind of s**t is that? Does anyone know where i could find cheap priced piping kits for the real price and if they would fit in this set up. Are all intercoolers set up the same way. as in piping size? Thanks

www.jcwhitney.com they sell pre bent pieces of pipe in various lengths and diameters, measure what you need and order some (more than you need obviously incase you f**k up). connect each piece by either welding it or buying rubber couplers.

johnnyracecar.com makes really nice intercoolers. you can get a 7x30x5" for under $200. greddy is way overrated imo. especially for turbo stuff. their $1500 kits don't even come with an intercooler.

i agree www.johnnyracecar.com my buddy rick (rickles8099) got one of their intercoolers and its real nice, for charge piping we are going to use mandrel bends and have them welded at a muffler shop, to figure out what bends we need we are going to use pvc pipng and bends to get the shape and routing of the pipes figured out cause its a lot cheaper and we can return the pvc pieces when we are done with them, then reproduce it in steel...

i'm just using 2" rubber hosing and hose clamps for charge pipes. seems to be holding up pretty damn good, i'll be getting some aluminum charge pipes bent as soon as i get a lil $$$.
