Just wanted to know where other people where hiding there oem radios to keep there keyless entry. Didn't know if anyone has found abetter place then just behind the a/c outlet.

I didn't have to keep my OEM radio to keep my keyless entry. Just get all the cords and wires right and your set..
What dio you mean 00_CIVIC_SI???
mine is behind my existing deck just hanging out near the vent controls and such

ya he right, when i changed mine all i did was make sure everything was correct and my keyless entry worked fine
i dont use OEM keyless entry, i ended up buying a viper alarm system that has keyless entry plus alarm security.

I never had a problem when I swapped my headunit out!!! FYI it was a 2000 civ
