is it evil to isntall a nitrous system before turbocharging ur car?
i know i should turbo first...
BUT im not that sure im gona have the money for a turbo system anytime soon, so i was thinking of getting a nitrous kit and building up my internals a bit to be able to take the spray, and then maybe in the future go turbo...

what do u ppl think? good or bad? i need some opinions

I never heard that you have to have turbo to spray. You will be fine without turbo. Make sure this is something that u really want to do.

you don't need one for the other, you can have just one and be perfeclty fine when properly tuned to use it, it's just up to the car owner wether they want which one and which one they want to buy first, otherwise it's your choice, not ours, but think for asking.

Well it's pretty obvious that you don't know much about nitrous oxide or turbo systems... so I'd say don't do either.

i know my s**t thats not my problem
im not asking whehter one can work without the other, obviously they can
my real question is whehter its gona be a b***h putting in turbo AFTER nitrous, because i will have to take out the nitrous system, in order to do the turbo install, and then reinstall my nitrous

anyone ever watch that 70's show, just gotta say oh bbbbbbuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

but anyways back to topic, if you going to install either it's not going to matter which one you do first, because your coing to have to work around the other eventually just to install the other, so again it's just up to the owner to decide.

Is it Evil?????? :wtf: does it being ?Evil? have to do with it.... is it moral issue or something? If so, see a priest, not clubcivic..

but if you have serious plans of building internals and strapping a turbo on ( no matter the timeframe) why would you blow the $500 or so dollars (plus filling the juice) ?? Why wouldn't you take that $500 and invest it in the internal work, and/or put it toward a turbo. I know $500 is a good jump on any project that needs funded... and not to be negative , you'd be wasting your money and engine with the Nitrous

reminds of a saying someone had in there sig --- sorry I can't remember, but it was "Nitrous is like a hot chick with STD's , you want to hit it , but you know there's consequences.." maybe somebody can remember who had that in there sig

well firstly
i can get the same returns from a nitrous system as i can from a turbo system, with a much simpler installation and less money
and it really has no consequences as long as ur motor can handle it and u use it properly

:slap: First of all, initial cost is cheaper, long run is not, nitrous is expensive after awhile. And here's where the slap comes in , you WILL NOT get the same returns from a Nitrous system. I'm not going into how stupid that comment was, but I'm sure you'll think hard enough after awhile... What does a 100 shot of nitrous achieve ? A very short burst of speed, and even with a built motor will still f**k it up over the long run (i.e. hitting it whenever your feeling froggy)

A turbo is a much better alternative to nitrous (as expensive as it is) , (i.e. you get what you pay for) ...

But this your money, and your car, and when you get pissed off because you get spanked by a turbo because you ran out of juice... you'll have wished you invested in the turbo. Yes you can get some good cheap gains, but you still do not have an overall quick car, just a car with a bottle of lazy stimulant.

And blow off valves sound cool...lol ....

Honestly man, :wtf: is "well firstly: I feel stupid for reading it and then thinking to myself "does that make sense" , the answer is NO! It does not make sense. I'm sorry to put up a worthless post without any real info, but come on man.... "Well firstly" and to top it off, you had no "secondly" ... :slap:

haha yea they do sound cool:D
but i dont need an overall quicker car, seeing as im only gona need speed when i race
the rest of the time i need a normal car to drive around in..which is why im leaning towards nitrous

and a 100 shot is 100 hp....

Easy fruit loop, get out and check out some chicks.... "baby" ??? I have a girlfriend who doesn't call me "baby" ...

So, if occasional I want to go race power is what you want.. then so be it... but IMO I want something I can (I don't race) if I want stomp on anywhere without pushing any buttons and be fast..
