Want to get more mid and top end. Looking at the skunk2 intake manifold and DC sport header 4-2-1 . What would gain me more top end? I'm going to do both either way. Already have AEM short ram air intake.

Like I said in the other thread, it isn't going to gain much if anything noticeable on a d-series. Do some google searching for HP numbers if there are any left out there, not too many people fess up to the low gain. Also not to many people say the money was well spent by doing bolt ons to a d16 when it comes to power. The numbers are very very very minimal.

Not trying to discourage, but trust me I have been there. It was a waste of money, learn from our mistakes and spend your money more wisely. These were built and geared for gas mileage, not speed and it is going to take a lot more than an intake, a manifold, and a header to get anything out of this little engine. Only thing worth the money is boost or swap to a larger motor. It's like beating a dead horse, but it is a proven fact. Guys have been building these for almost 20 years now and the proof is out there. There is a reason why the big boys don't usually build these little motors without the help of forced induction. It's so easy and cheaper to boost than it is to dump a bunch of money on bolt ons that won't do squat.
