So, I came across a really good deal for an ITR wheel, BUT id have to get an EG / DA steering column in order to fit it. Wheel istelf is $200 shipped, plus about $60 shipped for the column, which totals $260 shipped.

now heres another question, go with an OEM wheel or an aftermarket such a MOMO, Nardi, Spoon, Mugen, Etc?
