got my camera 2 work las nite.. sorry for the quality..kind of a spur of the moment thing so the car isnt washed at all it looks much better in person due to this s**t quality..anyways enjoy

if it helps to understand how bad this quality is, i have TL hids which have a blue/white glow to them and in these pics as u can see they look bright yellow..the foglights however are yellow in real life

as for motor: right now its the stock d16y7
im workin on collecting all my parts for my custom turbo setup on a b18b (LS) which is being swapped in christmas week..its not going in until i have all the turbo parts..basically its gonna be a plug and play turbo'd LS just have to get some dyno time to tune it

the car is pretty stripped down and light for the 96-00 hatches..no carpet,rear seats,spare tire,jack,rear panels,deck lid cover,carbon fiber hood/hatch, removed sound deadening,removed A/C, the non-reclinable sparcos save a couple of pounds each, and i want to buy the lexan plexiglass for the rear windows/hatch

never ran it didnt want to embarass myself with the sohc non-vtec
after the swap i have to tune the turbo set-up so ill have some dyno charts and ill be bringin it to the track once it opens again in the spring

Nice ride.... I think your car would be fast enough on the strip to not embarass yourself..... Its light as hell so it should be pretty fast..... Will be kick ass witht the tubrod LS.......

nope your HID is right.. you will not get the same "color" as TL's they use special refecltor and housing that makse it to have purple/blue around headlight, but still putsout whitelight.

Anywho car looks nice, and OEM HID kit is way to go

no the HID's in my car in real life are bluish white..they are not as bluish as they would be if they were in the TL but its the way the pics came out that make them have a stock look to them

its gonna be descently built..cams, rods,block guard,head studs,springs,retainers, its not gonna be a stock ls that runs 5psi

springtime..it will be garage kept as much as possible during the winter so im not gonna do it right now plus i have bigger priorities than disc brakes right now
