Lately my knees have been hurting... Not a lot. More uncomfortable than painful really. I have a horrible habit of sitting on my legs. I can't not sit on them. I feel more uncomfortable sitting normally than on my legs. Obviously this must cause more stress on my knees. My knees have always cracked too (like cracking knuckles). Every morning I can get up, shake my leg and both knees with crack.

Every time I throw a football, my shoulder starts hurting 5 minutes in. I was shooting some hoops (just practicing free throws, just walking after the ball) a couple of weeks ago as well and 15 minutes in, my shoulder was killing me so badly. After a few minutes it went away but it hurt for the next few days.

My back cracks, shoulders pop, elbows crack every once in a while, knees crack, toes crack, knuckles crack, fingers crack, neck cracks... Definitely have a lot of joint issues. And the problem is, if I don't crack my joints, they feel really tense and awkward. It's probably a mind thing but I feel like I have to crack them and it feels a million times better after cracking my joints. And I'm only 24. Sweeeeeeet. Looking forward to the rest of my life .

Who else is in the club?

i have an issue with my knees. Once in a while they both swell up and i cant bend my legs. It doesnt happen as often as it used to.

My back bothers me the most. I have injured it once. Now i can irratate it to a point where i cant move. Ive even had to take an ambulance ride from work because ive pulled a muslce in my back so bad i litteraly coulnt move at all or breathe in all the way.

I feel you on the back. I have a bad back too lol. I have to be careful with how I use it. I had really bad problems back when I landscaped, to the point where I couldn't even stand straight. The only thing that made it feel better was laying down, even then it still hurt. Riding a lawn mower was even worse from the bouncing. I ended up wearing one of those stomach strap things that helps keep your back straight.

:word: I do! My knees ALWAYS crack while stretching, sometimes even when walking...I find massaging the joint with Voltaren (sp?) helps with the pain

Not exactly a joint, but I also have a bad back.

Have you tried glucosamine/chondroitin supplements for your joint pain? Really helps some people out

I have a bad driver's side lower ball joint, but it doesn't hurt much, just causes a little steering wheel jitter at ~70 mph. OEM replacement from Majestic Honda is on the way.

There's a lot of vitamins and there's actually this drink that helps your joints. I worked in a pharmacy and those old people loved the stuff! Football messed my knees up and I tried drinking it for a month and it definitely helped out. My knees crack all the time.

Victor swears by this stuff and has been urging me to start taking it for months now.

Anything and everything seems to crack on me now.

:rolf:. I already have a ton of gray hair. I get it from my dad. Plus I have a muscle disorder. Makes me more miserable.

I had a lower back problem since about 16 YO and then at 27 I was diagnosed with arthritis in both shoulders, I went to a chiropractor finnally and he changed my life and far as my back issue was concerned, then I got on a healthy diet and vitamins and started working out, I've changed my life for the best, my back rarely hurts as does the arthritis and I started my 30's looking better then I ever have. i recomend you try it, but start slow and easy and dont hurt yourself or get yourself discouraged.

Bad joints SUCK. I have a partially torn ACL, partially torn supraspinatus, and partially torn infraspinatus. My collar bones also grind, but I haven't had that looked at yet.

Try taking Glucosamine, chondroiton, and MSM, it really works wonders.

100% agree w/ the Chiro bit. I started seeing one years ago and I couldn't believe how the pain disappeared. I was also exercising daily and it helps as well. As soon as I'm re-diagnosed I'll be getting on the right path again.
