started prepping my car for the first autoX of the season.

1.


Still need to adjust the rear suspension height a little more and modify my rear sway bar D-bracket to mount to the a-spec bar.
(more to come need to finish a paper)

how was the lca install? did u break/strip any bolts ?

I've installed 2 other sets (oem and aftermarket before this) and both had siezed bolts. So I got creative! The shocks were blown and I had no use for the oem LCAs... thats when I introduced Mr. LCA to Mr. Cut-off Wheel! I just cut the crappy oem bushing off the bolt and then just threaded it off the shock like it was nothin.

Threw some wd40 on and bolted it into the new ones. Actually the function/form coilovers dont have a nut on either side so I had to run out to Advanced to pick up some nuts and some lock washers... works fine so far

im thinkin of getting some omni lcas, but i dont know if its worth it. i mean they serve no purpose and theyre a pain in the ass to install. plus theyr $100......

hahahaha STOCK! cept for an intake. I had money for the swap in hand but my old suspension was blown so I went full CO. Do I regret it? No. (the suspension was only 825 w/ lca but I spent the rest of the money on debt so its not some rediculously expensive suspension)

depends on what you want to do. If you want them for bling then thats your thing. The function/form ones are stiffer and lighter (6061 aluminium) Even though they probably aren't light enough to make a real difference I like the stiffness factor.
