Will a cut off muffler from a 95 civic fit a 97 civic

I am looking on buying a muffler that was cut about a foot before the muffler and I'm wondering if it will fit my 97 Sedan. I'm not sure if it's coming off a coupe but its just the back part.

im sure you can hang it where it needs to be and then have it welded to fit.

I was able to find one off of a coupe not sawed off and it fit.. But I would HIGHLY recommend larger hangers for the safety of your bumper
