will i pass emissions?

i took my car to o'reilys today cause i have my check engine light is on and i want to see the reason why its on..i got the 'code p0113 intake air temp sensor 1circuit high input'
will i pass emissions even though i have this minor error?

No, a good shop wont even test it if there's a CEL. Get it fixed first. Don't waste time and money. Do it right the first time.
