if you cant do it its not worth the labor or your car. You will learn everything you need to know and appreciate the car more if you do your research and put it together yourself, its really not hard. Psi doesnt mean s**t so im going to say yes and no, 8 psi on a gt3076 would be alot but 8 psi on something like a dsm t25 turbo wont be much but probably a good 50hp increase if done right
