Will it Pass Emissions!! GSR Swap+Turbo

I have a 93 DX coupe with a 94 GSR swap. I want to get the Rev Hard stage 2 turbo kit but need some help on what to do about emissions. I just barely passed last year with just the sawp. I need some ideas.

What are the regulations in Pa?

You may need to go to one of those places that passes you for a price... though... I wouldn't know much about those kinds of places.

just run a fuel induction service and you should be good...itll clean out the nox and the hydrocarbons that fail you...

Is that fuel induction service just just an engine treatment you can buy that your talking about?

Oo yeah and i know i get the muffler hook up for the test. Keep in mind that the car is only registered as a SOHC 1.5 DX motor not the GSR.

retard your timing lean out a bit playing with it on the dnyo will help alot.

im not sure if your thinking about like Berks county where you didnt even need emissions. In my county they just hook it up to the muffler. Id rather just find a place that could just pass me for a fee but i know emissions is a little harder to do that.

then find a shop thats popular with tuners what they will do is put another car on dnyo run it have it pass give you sticker

doesnt the wastegate dump tube fail you as well?i have to go through inspection next year and i know for a fact i am going to fail,not sure what to do,rev hard kit,with 660cc injectors.
