Willem eprom burner...

I got one one them the dual power one....but i can seem to get it to wotk with the sst chip. I search and did want it was shown but still it won't work. I had it read the chip and it did read it but i can't erase it or burn anything to it! It suck. Does anyone know how to work this thingy?
