Window Broke... Need Help

So, the other night I put my window down and when I went to put it up, it would only go about half way. I was able to force it up enough so it's just barely cracked, and now it won't go down even though the motor still works. Took it to a shop and had 'em look at it and they said some part inside the window was bent. They quoted about $175 parts/labor to fix it. I was wondering how hard it is to get inside the door and fix something like this.

Not very hard bro, just remove the door trim and you can see exactly where its binding up. It may have just fallen off track instead of a bent guide.

I took off the door panel, but can't see a whole helluva lot. I didn't look around too much after that, but I didn't really see a place where I'd be able to see the inner workings of the door.Service manual didn't help either.

its not to hard. door panal off and roll the window all the way down. You'll be able to see the moving parts of the window. Chances are its off track. Just unbolt the two screws at the bottom of the window, take the window out and set it in the tracks then bolt the window back up.

The window won't move. I can't put it down. The motor is still working because I can hear it, but the window won't move more than half an inch up or down. I'll just to have some more people look at it. I appreciate the help though!
