2moro im getting my windows tinted and i was wondering if anyone on here had 5% tint? im thinking about goin with that but i need to kno how it is? is it way to dark? can u c out of them good during the day? and how good at night? and any problems with the cops?? thanks any help would be good!

5 is limo tint man...really dark...really hard to see out during night time. I would say go with 20%-15% tint...that way you wont have too much trouble looking out at night and it looks really good and dark during the day. just my two cents but you certainly dont have to take my advice. post pics when you do get it done tho bro...!

5% is crazy dark.
mine are at 35, 'cuz that legal, but my visor strip is 20 and that's what i'd recommend. i was thinking of getting mine redone to 20.

My back 3 windows are 5%. Sides are 20% light transmission. That's what's legal here. You can paint your back window black if you want to but if your sides pass less than 20%, you get the scraper when you get pulled over. I've seen 'em do it.
I can't see s**t at night and have to back up on my side mirrors. Seriously. I see only the reflection of my h/u and instrument panel in the back window.
Day time 5% is fine.

ok i got mine done yesterday at 20%. it looks very good and and i can still c good at night. thanks for the help guys!
