winters here and heat isnt working to good help?????

so i got a b18a1 and the car blows out cold air but once im driving the heat will start to work but once i stop it goes cold again. just to mention the check water light comes on but it has water a new water pump, new head gasket and heater core also it the engine warms up fine. but every now and then the gauge drops below cold and take 10 to come back up like its warming up again.


help please i live in ohio and need constant heat.

Sounds like a crappy thermostat.
