I have a 1996 ek civic sedan and ive been having trouble with my wiper.
They do not return to the rest position at the bottom, it just stops whenever i turn off the wiper.
The intermittent also does not work.
I did a continuity test on the wiper combination switch and it passed perfectly
I changed the relay in the ICU behind the fuse box but problem remains the same
I changed the wiper motor but it did not fix the problem either
