Wiring harness help!!!!

Yeah I just recieved my egine harness from Hasport and I just put it on. It came with some wiring directions on certain pins I need to swap. Here are the directions.

Plug ECU pins into these positions:
(to orient the plugs properly when using this diagram, hold the plug with wires pointing away from you and the clip on top.)

Green/yellow (V-TEC Solenoid) 18 gauge to A4
Blue/red (knock sensor) 20 gauge to D3
Blue/black ( V-TEC oil pressure) 20 gauage wire to D6
Red (IAB) to A17

Im kind of lost here, I need help with where to swap the pins from? Thanks

you have to figure out the pinouts of yours and just line it up with the coresponding holes
