Wiring issues d16y5 to b16b CTR

So I'm swapping out my d16y5/y8 for a CTR motor and I've come across the issue of a lot more plugs left over and one plug in the back of the engine. We have swapped some connectors already, but are still stuck. Insight would be amazing , diagrams etc. it's hard to find much on this swap.
