Almost complete s.s custom manifold.

Heres the JRC in comparison w/ my currently installed turbo set-up Starion intercooler

Test Fit the JRC. Damn it will look sick when finally installed

Here some of the before and after body work.
I marked the entire b***h down on all the dings i could find, just to make sure that the b/s wouldnt

heres a after pic. They did a good job but missed a small ding on the drivers door lower left. You cant see it but i can. and its killing me slowly inside. Naw i cant complain 700 bux body and paint work

almost there...

Heres a pic of my ride and my boys 290 whp cemented turbo sohc del sol w/ aem ems. Top mount intercooler, custom subaru top mount vent in hood carbon fiber hood. Its crazy..

damn this block could use some "head" hehe

Test fitting the crome w/ clear powder coated valve cover. I want the under hood theme to be clean. Like something out of the factory.

To start off i removed my whole front clip so as to not risk scratching the paint. My mom loved the fact that for months the garage and basement turned into a honda/import shop warehouse.lol

Ahh the old d16y8 sohc custom turbo kit. you served me well and i learned alot building it

disconnected the harness and labled all the plugs for easier install.

UP YA GO!!!!

cleaning the single off...courtesy for the next owner. Hey you can see my 1st gen integra in the background in that pic!!! 200 bux u cant beat that.

trade mark engine bay pic!!!! right after a good gunk& hose down

the "lab".....lol

dont want anything backing off in that bell housing!!

FRESH!!! just have to relocate the wastgate topside, the straight out approach wont work anf besides top side looks better.lol

like this...

tranny was a b***h!!! i think worse than the actaull swap...lol

but got her on.

final check over...

UP YA GOO!!!

Like a GLOVE..

strap her down!!!

couldnt help but test fit that intercooler just one last time....

GOD damn is that thing pretty...

here she is with about 800 miles on her at the time of the pic. scrapped the rusty oem mani for a dc sports that was laying around. Figured might as well break her in with style.

MORE TO COME HOMMIES!!!!

oh and i relocated the battery to the trunk...
mind you, besides the machining and balance of the block, and port work and spring assembly of the head i assembled everything on the engine myself. Including the swap. Low and behold...ALOT of forum reading, and Honda service manual purchases, countless hours after work and on the weekend of knuckle scrapping dirt under the nails work. (GOTTA LOVE IT) the "b'serious" project is in and running strong awaiting BOOOOOOOST, and track time. ( OH AND DID I MENTION NO PHONE TIME W/ MY GIRL WHO'S MY EX NOW.LOL AND A LOT OF MONEY LATER !?!?)

HUGE THANKS to....
- Lee over at Lab Machining for the block work and knowledgable staff, always willing to take the time to explain the details. oh and who wishes he met me b/f i sleeved the block to only tell me i should have went with a DART. lol
- William Engine Machining for the 5 angle intake/3 angle exhaust job, and spring/retainer install, w/ a super fast turnaround period.
- NoLimitMotorsports.com for the internal and cash discounts.lol
- Cant forget Rob (admin/ex-hondatech/creator) of B20vtec.com for answering all those questions when i had no idea what i was doing.
- Ralphael, master fabricator who is almost finished w/ my turbo manifold (stop messin w/ those hoes and weld that b***h already lol) Also contructed my aluminum catch can and modded my charge pipes.
- Dave G always coming through w/ the back-up knowledge and know-how, and them car-parts discounts lol
- turbod16.com where my need for boost was born
- g2ic.com where i figured where better to learn more about the B18
- honda-tech's LS-T tread (good to see so many non-vtec guys making that power!!!.
- and Nonvtec.com...a long overdue forum dedicated to us fck-vtec guys and girls.

very...very....very nice. I love it. I can't even say anything to you about those eyelids after all the work you put into that car.

Question: Approx how much did you spend on this whole project?

wow...the eyelids are a point deductor huh? lol I guess it could be worse. I havent really totaled it all up b/c it would make me feel bad and un responsible. But it dosent seem that expensive b/c i have been building it for alittle over a year now so every month i'd get a few key things till i just had 90% of eveything. right now the only thing i am missing is my chipped (w/ neptune) ECU, larger injectors (i have 580cc and meant to get 680cc) and weld the BOV flange onto my charge pipes, drain plug onto my oil pan, and construt my DP (3").

i can say that back in May when i bough the pistons, rods headgasket, headstuds ect for like 1500 and then got the block sleeve for 950 it hurt my wallet pretty bad.

good damn hearing myself do that small portion of math right there just hurt me...hope i dont blow it up.
