no, this is a picture without the bolts. but even with the bolts on tight (no wiggling), it's still tilted like that, just not as bad. it was never like that and i had never unbolted my seat before until now.itsmycookie said:are all the bolts still in? like can you wiggle it around or is it sturdy?
well that's the thing, it was like that before i ever took it out, and everything seemed fine to me.itsmycookie said:ah i know what is wrong when you took out the seat one of the sliders slide forward and the other did not so when you put it back in make sure the sliders are even
haha, well, i weigh about 165 lbs and it's pretty easy to get out of a civic. but other than that, does that mean i'm screwed and im just going to have to deal with it?Beelzebubba said:I don't think I have ever seen that on a Civic. Lots of Mustangs though
When ummmmm....weight challenged individuals that drive Fox body Mustangs remove themselves from their cars they often use the seat back and steering column for leverage. This breaks the column and bends the seat back over time.
hmm..alright, well thanks for the help. i'll try to post pictures of the seat later today.Beelzebubba said:I dunno. Like I said, I've never seen that in a Civic.
Usually all I see is the padding on the driver's side bolster gets mashed down and there is a hard ass metal frame under there that will dig into your back on Civics.
