Honda's CAN be fast.

IMHO, do your suspension now and then save up for either your drop or turbo.

A D-series does NOT require boost to be fast, I don't know why people keep spreading that, unless u think 13s all motor daily driver is slow

1) Header & Exhuast
2) Intake (or even just a K&N)
3) Light flywheel
4) Cam & gear
5) Pistons
if you dont
1) Tranny from VTEC model
2) Light flywheel
3) Header & exhaust
4) D16Y8 manifold setup (or mini-me if you can afford it)
5) Pistons

where are you getting your information that those mods will bring you down to 13's? I can see HIGH 14's at best....
