Who has these on their car? What I need to know is did you buy a wire harness upgrade or did you just replace the bulb socket to a high temp socket?

Just dont buy ones that are higher wattage and you will be fine. Dont use ones that are like 100W ones, that will over time burn out your harness. Stick with the 55w ones.

I've got 90-110 watts running on stock harness for a few months now. so far so good. the brand is called "farenheit" (sp). If you are worried, go with silver stars. I put them in my gf's 04 civic and it has nice white light and bright at stock 55-65

the thin gauge stock wires cant withstand higher output bulbs because the stock wiring and connector are meant stock output bulbs, want to be brighter than the rest then upgrade your harness.

Well if they are 55w bulbs they wont damage your factory harness, Just as long as they are the same wattage as your factory bulbs, So you should be fine if they are 55w
