dont understand what the point to adding a tach to an auto civic is but ok, i would suggest painting the grill to match the color of the car and thus getting rid of the chrome

well the tach is obvios, to see my rpm's... the car was bought for my girlfriend to drive as i lost my permit due to racing, and she can't drive stick so i improvised and changed the look. it realy fools everyone and looks awsome... but i get my permit back in a year... the chrome on the front grill is match with the triming around the windows, ant it is a diy g4rill which i did, you can't paint the chrome because it will peal even with a good primer...

You NEED new taillights. Get some nice red and white ones, NO ALTEZZA. But if thats what you want go right ahead, its your money, your car, your tastes.

well thank you...
its very bright...but more of an accent rather then having my face look like a glowing hulk.
it glows from the chest down and a soft glow on the face, i also painted all the bulbs green, the liscense plate lights are green as well.
I also plan on having a green undercar kit, and engine bay neons installed too...

you should have just swapped the gauge cluster a monster tach on an auto, come on now

well i'm not really into aftermarket guages for the dash...
and why not? its not like i put a 5ich moster tack its just a 3 1/2 inch...
and if and when i swap the engine down the years i will be going to a more powerful manual engine.
that is the great thing about civics, engine swaps will always be available.
everyone has there opinion, an rpm guage may look useless to you but it is great to see what your engine is doing, when, and how...
something you do you your car i am ssure some wouldn't aswell. but i am happy with what i did, i love the look, and functionality.

That must look real good inside at night. IMO i would have put more stuff on the exterior first but its your car so... BTW where did you get your shift knob.

well for the outside the only thing i'm adding is acura el taillights and maybe a lip kit and new rims.
but not for a while...
i had a body kit but tossed it, too much problems, so alot of money was spent and lossed...
oh well i like the cleaner look. a body kit draws way to much attention from everyone...
so much that i got people scratching my car and bending my antenna, regardless of the alarm...

yes the red and white ones, give the car a whole diff look...
the 97-00 acura EL not tl outer lights are a direct fit for the 96-99 sedan...:
thus having an oem fitment, great stock quality, and with no leakage
