Zinc motor oil additive after a rebuild?

Hi, I have a '95 civic cx d15b8 1.5L that I'm re-building, and it's been suggested that I put a zinc additive in the motor oil during the initial break-in period. Is that a good recommendation?

No need to add zinc as most oils come with a proper amount of zinc additive already.
