i have one from ioport.. it hardly looks retarded.. it is slightly bigger than stock and fits on perfectly.. clips over the stock one.. and its rounded.. i dont care much for the broadway because of the square ends.. the one from ioport is rounded and fits better imo... maybe i can take a pic of it? and the function is EXCELLENT with the mirror i can see out of both rear 1/4 windows..

quick question jezek: what size is your mirror and did you get convex or flat?
Oh man, i really don't know. What's the stock mirror size in mm?

I wanna say like 240mm maybe? I KNOW it's under 270mm

haha well...like I said, my s**t goes over the mirror with maybe 1/4" TOPS on each side.

Maybe it is a 240 or 260mm :what:

had one in my civic when i bought it.

to sum it up

it was the first thing i ripped out.

I didnt like it at all and found it quite pointless to even have, if you cant glance over your shoulder to change lanes then you got some serious problems IMO.

if you have a harness setup.. and you wear it correctly.. you CANT turn.. thats pretty much what those mirrors are for.. i can see COMPLETELY out the rear of my car while still facing foward... ;)

bad picture and it has my old ugly gauges in it but this is what it looks like installed..

i bet most people didnt even notice it in there.. :oh: i cant stress how used to it i am.. i love it..

Sorry to break it to you bud but that's not always good enough. I can remember plenty of times where looking over my shoulder simply wasn't enough. Fortunately, I've always been lucky enough to see the car in my blind spot just moments before I changed lanes, but not untill after I had already started makig the move. I kept telling myself to get one of those convex mirrors but never got around to it. One of the first things I did after I bought my new car just weeks ago was stop at walmart and pick up one of those cheap little 2" round convex mirrors you stick to your drivers sideview mirror. Probably the best $.98 I've ever spent.

I havent had this problem, i look before i even hit my turn signal to see if anybody is over there.

I've never been in a car or seat for that matter with a true harness. Sory for the ignorance on that part, didnt think that far into it. But i could see how it would help with being able to see more if you cant turn, but i personally couldnt stand it. I hated the one that was in my car when i bought it, but then again, it was HUGE. Like twice the size of the mirror.

Ive always wanted to sit in a car with one but never had the opportunity. I had the blind spot mirrors for my sides on all my cars except the 240. almost hit a benz yesterday. I cant drive w/o them. im going to look into the one anthony has
