i actually have one of those in my girls civic right now pushing her sub, I really wish i could find the end caps for it

but those things were just as bulletproof as the ppi's, just not quite as powerfull

hahahahahahhahahha!! Good call lol. Yeah Diamond all the way, just make sure to get it from a Diamond authorized reseller and installed. You get a full 3 yr warranty against anything if it blows, Diamond replaces it, they rock. And good luck trying to blow em. I managed to blow one set of 6.5" co-ax speakers that I had running 50 watts RMS to them, but that is compliments of rap music ahha. If you do it right and wait and spend the money you will love Diamond. PM me if you want advice on em, I can tell you all bout what to get to make it sound amazing, had 3 cars with Diamond in em now.

My current setup, some eclipse 6.5s in the back and im not sure what kind of speakers are up front, panasonic head unit. i bought the car like this, dream system. you guys ever heard of ORION? there stuff is amazing, their old s**t will outpound most stuff made today, rockford fosgate is not garbage, their amps will pound the s**t out of anything you put on them. now rockford subs are just blah. well ok... here is what i would want for a future dream system.
HU: In dash LCD Flip Screen monitor, not too sure if i would want touch or not.
Speakers: Boston Acoustics, Eclipse, Memphis, What ever picks the vocals up nicely. quality thats for sure.
Amps: Orion 2500D or D5000, or RockFord Fosgate T4000, one of the T's anyway... Memphis has amazing amps too.
Subwoofer(s): RE Audio 12"XXX, 2 of them. or Orion H2 HCCA 12" as well. Treo has good woofers as well, DD has nice woofers too.
Well i guess all you can say is that, you get what you pay for... if i were to go for a budget system i would get something along the line of this:
HU: Clarion Pro Audio
Speakers: Clarion Pro Audio
Amp: Rockford Punch Series
Subwoofer(s): Alpine Type R 12" or 10"
