thats the wrong serial number....try again....hold 1 and 6 ...hit power....and post the numbers only....leave out U and L...there should be 8 numbers

yea i know my honda is closed...i believe American Honda is.....meaning every dealership is....but ISIS' hours are M-F 4am to 9pm...and Sat 4am to 6pm....for accessing codes and Immobi codes and such...I thought Honda was closed today? At least ISIS.
alright i just read service news....try entering 0000 as the radio code and if this works....the unit needs to be replaced

take it back to the shop?theres only the numbers 1-6, theres no 0. and this has happened before and my mom took it to a shop and they charged her to fix it...
i can't really think of anything then....i've tried the Serial....will your mom allow you to take the radio out and try to retreive the # off the back?

I meant that they did faulty work if its having the same problem. I thought there was something wrong with it, but maybe I didnt read the thread fully enough...well i kinda dont feel like driving 20 miles and then paying someone to fix it, when i have people on here helping me out, after all...isnt this what cc is for???
