my friend bought a 96 GSR Integra with a b18c1 motor in it....you can really feel and hear the Vtec kick in at around 4500......bought it for 5,500.....heres pics:

That's pretty cheap actually for how clean it is, and VTEC varies for each car, and could very well kick in at 4,500 RPMS, and I've never seen an 01 GSR for 7gs, clean title that is.thats mad expensive for that 96 gsr and the vtec doesnt kick in 4500...could get a 2001 gsr with 40 thousand miles for 7 g's
