getting ready to boost my Z6. just wondering what kind of numbers i can expect to make. any input is welcome, it's my first with a boosted honda, going a a EG hatch, 2308lbs with me in the car and a 3/4 tank of gas.

Greddy mani, 14B turbo, 7-8 PSI, DSM 450s, apexi WS exhaust, test pipe w/ a cutout to run open from time to time.

is 7-8PSI a safe number to run on stock internals? i'll be saving up for pistons/rods next but i want to play it safe for the time being. are high 13s feasible with this setup on street tires?

sorry for the newb post.

i saw a guy on complete stock y7 make 179
it all depends on the turbo, charge pipes, exhaust setup (dp and such), tune, and more.

Just because you know of a guy with 179 hp on a y7 doesn't mean this guy will have the same.

yeah i understand that. the guy tuning my car is running a 12.6 in his full interior CRX with a T3/T4 on stock internals, stock cam, just the turbo kit.

you should be fine. i mean my z6 is running 10psi with bad rings, granted its probably only making 160-170hp due to lack of tune and low compression just beware of your headgasket.

people have seen around 230whp on a z6 before.
i know a guy that dyno'd at 236whp on a stock z6 engine with a 14b, ran upper 12's (think he had slicks though)

btw 7-8 psi is weak on a 14b, just have a good tuner
