1996-1997 Del Sol Si came with a D16Y8
1996-1997 Del Sol S came with a D16Y7
1993-1995 Del Sol S came with D15B7

The B16A2 was not designed for the Si, since it was used in the 1992-2000 Civic EDM VTis

aye, honda of chile used to work closely with honda of spain... most latin nations are like that when it comes to vehicles... but now chile has direct contact with honda of japan... we get the honda legend as exactly that... not rebadged as an acura RL.... there is no acura in chile. our integras were hondas. my rents used to have a 94 LS.

this is even weirder....I just opened my hood, and there is no sticker saying "Honda of Canada" or "Honda of USA"...? idk....weird huh?

that's because your car was made in japan. that's what the first character in your VIN stands for... country of origin... J is japan... 1, 4, and 5 are USA... 2 is canada... 3 is mexico.. most S's are from the UK, but some from germany...
