not really a recipe, but we made hamburgers the other night....

burgers turn out great, and stay REAL juicy - add 1 egg, and a packet of liptons dry onion soup mix to the meat before you mold them into patties.....mmmmm, that is one tastey burger :lol:

my grandma did that. not sure on the egg, but the onion mix. :shock:

i have a recipe for taco salad dressing if anyone wants that. i like to use it for dip for doritos... but it's kinda bad for you. :lol:

HECK yes BIZ..! Now that is what i'm talking about...!! I have that all the time at school. They call it the nubby burger. fried egg right on top FTW.

some tastey chicken...

boneless skinless chicken breasts...

marinade:
3 tbsp jamaican jerk seasoning
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

mix together the ingredients....put chicken in a dish, and coat all sides evenly....let marinade for 30 minutes in the fridge....then just toss them on the grill

STEAMED FISH
Tilapia Fillets, Sole Fillets , Flounder Fillets , Chilean sea bass fillets. (use either of these types of fish. )
1 Sliced Spanish onion(yellow onion)
1 Sliced Red onion
1/2 cup of white vinegar
Season Salt and pepper to taste.
Couple of cloves of garlic. Whole.
1/2 Cup of Lemon juice
1/2 Cup of Lime Juice
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1Tsp Spanish Paprika

Combine all liquid and spices and rub fish (the right way):naughty: . Make a foil pouch and place onions first then fish on top and pour remaining liquid into the pouch .(BE SURE IT DOESN'T LEAK AND THAT IT IS SEALED)

Preheat oven to 350 for 10 min. Place the pouch with the fish in a tray and let cook for 30-35 min.

I CHALLENGE YOU TO A KITCHEN DEATH MATCH BIOTCH LOL. Well I don't know about you owning me in the kitchen since i cook for a living. But you can try.

I was in a good mood so i felt like doing that. But your right heres another one for ya.


Succulent Cuban Roast Pork

1 Pork butt(shoulder) 5-10 lb depending on how many people.
1 bottle of sour orange juice (Goya or Badia Brand)
1/4 cup of Cumin
1/3 cup of Kosher Salt reserve a 1/4 of that for coating .
1/4 cup dried cilantro
1/4 cup dried oregano
1 tbs fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup minced garlic

Take the pork and stab so that there are many holes all over the meat. Take seasonings mix together and insert in holes making sure you get a good amount of garlic in the all the holes . Rub the pork down and make sure it is well coated. Coat the pork with a light coating of reserve Kosher salt .
Preheat oven to 350 and cook for 60 -120 min. Make sure meat is cooked on the inside and that the skin is browned and crispy.

Penne ala Vodka

2 quarts of marina sauce
1 full cup of Heavy Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Medium diced yellow onion
1/2 Bunch of Fresh Basil Cut into strips
6 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 bunch of Fresh flat leaf Parsley minced
1lb - 2lb Penne pasta
1/2 cup olive oil
1/cup Vodka

Boil water with salt and half of the olive oil . Pour pasta in and cook till aldente .
In a sauce pan combine the diced onions and garlic with remaining olive oil until onions are cooked. Add marinara sauce and let simmer until hot. Pour cream in until sauce starts to turn pink. Add vodka CAUTION FLAMES WILL SHOOT UP . Let cook for 2-3 min until alcohol is burned out. Then Add herbs and pasta. Mix and enjoy .
