ok, ordering wheels within the next 2 days. couldn't wait that long to take pics so i just snapped a few real quick.

new stuff: suspension, mirrors, lip.

i need to wash it and lower it more but the front end looks pretty much how i want it to look. i'll probly get new headlights in the future and i need a new windshield because this one's cracked really bad. now to fix up the rear end.

haven't been driving it around because the d-series needs a new tranny (i might just sell it i dunno yet) and i still haven't fixed the b-series yet. i might just screw it and order the kit to fix it for $450, i just want it to be running and smoothly is that too much to ask?

yeah, i'm just gonna put it in for now and fix the thread later. only 1 thread is stripped so the other 2 on the rear mount will hold it until i get some free time to fix it.

i'll put the engine in this weekend and then i just gotta wait to hear back from the tuner and i can start it up and get it tuned and break it in.

i'm really hoping i can have it ready to go to school but if it's not ready i don't wanna rush it like last year.

haha yeah, well all these parts came from my summer job money. i usually don't buy much during the school season. but when i do spend my money it's either on the car or beer haha.

i better get this thing rolling soon or it's just gonna look good sitting in my driveway for all the neighbors. the car hasn't run technically since thanksgiving and even before that it was on a shitty B16 that was slower than my stock engine.

no its not hard to fix, the hard part is finding a tap that big. i need this thing on the road in the next 2 weeks and don't have time to wait for a tap to come in the mail so i'm just gonna drop it in with 1 less bolt on the rear engine mount and just fix it later when i have time.

i'm talking to Matt Shu about tuning it, waiting to hear from him when a good date will be. (he was the guy with the turbo green EJ8 at the meet)

dropping in the engine tomorrow probly then when he gets me a date i'll put all the fluids in it and start it up. then get it tuned and break it in.

EDIT: just spend the paycheck i got today on a rare OEM goody.

it's in but i have to order a bolt and the A/C mount from honda. once i get those in i can start it up. it's gonna be close but i don't think i'll be able to get it all running and tuned before i go back to school.

if i can get it running this weekend and tuned early next week then i'll be good, but knowing my luck, something will go wrong and i'll have to leave it and get it running some time in september or october whenever i can get a ride back from college.

got my hands on a rare discontinued 99-00 OEM rear lip in Milano Red (now i just gotta find a 99-00 bumper in red too.)

also got the bolt i need to finish working on the motor so i'll be working non-stop all weekend to get it running and tuned ASAP.
