Is tuning only something you would want to do if you had a swap done or a turbo installed?

Are there any benefits of me using this software and "tuning" a bone-stock 4th gen? Better gas mileage, better idleing or an all around better running vehicle?

Just curious. But I get the vibe I should probably stay away from this as it's only for modified civics.

The Neptune RTP software can be downloaded for free from the website. There is no secret there. But the BIN/Tuner version can only be had by an authorized tuner.
