Forged Pistons

guys - I´m looking for forged piston (9.5 CR) for my D16z6. I only found 9.0 and 10.5, i have a SCharger at 7 psi, so I don´t want to go down with 9.0 cause I´ll lose power. 10.5 will be risky or someone know where to find 9.5 forged ones.

stock compression is 9.2:1, why would you want to RAISE compression when adding boost?

9.0:1 is perfect IMO, and the "loss" of power isnt going to be anything you will even notice

There´s a long story but my car has 8.3 CR wiseco forged pistons and I have a supercharger JR @ 7 psi (no intercooler). I have to go back to stock (increase compression) if I want to see more HP. - I Have no budget to go to turbo -
So, thanks for your answer i´ll go with the 9.0 CR pistons

get the 9.0 CR ones, with a thiner HG to bump CR

Currently CR is 8.5 if I go to 9.0, will I notice a big HP increase? or the spend/HP increase, won´t worth it?

what HG are you running? you are dropping a lot of cash just to bump your compression relatively little. maybe just go with a thinnger HG or mill the head to bump it instead of spending $400+ on slugs and rings

sell the sc. you'll have plenty for a turbo setup.
