Intercooler Piping

I'm curious as to where everyone runs their intercooler piping. From some of the pictures I've seen, it looks like people run the pipe through a hole in the engine bay (I'm talking from the intercooler to the intake). My LX doesn't have a hole where I think a lot of people do. So, do people have pictures of where the piping runs?
