ive seen tuners say, neptune, crome, and ECtune over hondata beforeya any tuner will tell you hondata. i think sumone on here said nothing will idle a honda like a honda ecu, and i think that goes without saying
X a whole lot. love iti <3 my hondata
have you tried crome yet? i would just try it out, its more user friendly.X a whole lot. love it
thats what scott uses, and kyle uses hondata and i chose hondata, mainly because of a local tuner for it, i dont mind spending money to have a good tune, not saying crome isnt a good tune, but i prefer hondata, just had my p28 chipped and so far i am happy with it, now ill see when i get a complete tune.have you tried crome yet? i would just try it out, its more user friendly.
and its free, all you need is a socketed ECU
PGMFI.org for crome supporti've never had any problems with the crome basemaps i've ran. except the rev limiter failing (which is a pretty big issue in my eyes).
But besides that, i also cant seem to find many reputable shops that want to mess with Crome, or any of that freeware stuff. Jeff Evans seems to do pretty well. Not to mention Hondata has support. I dont see a number to contact crome for certain issues.
I just chose not to risk it when anything comes to my Air/Fuel ratio, and engine speed in the event of a mis shift....so its hondata for me.
by the way....hondata s100 in p28 for sale....PM me.
I am not a member and can read it. Basically Hondata is suing Dave Blundell the owner of that site for illegal copies of something that were posted and downloaded that were not taking off in a timely manner according to Hondata (atleast I pretty sure what it is). Anyone that knows about this chime in.^need to be a member
and crome ftw
