Hi i recently installed my turbo. right now its at 1 or below 1 psi because i took off the intake pipe. However my car over heat. anyone know whats the reason why or what cause it? i change my thromstats/waterpump not to long ago. we added half water er about 2/3 water and coolant i believe....not sure. however i am going to drain and put fresh coolant to see if it overheats still. anyone have any idea? also the check engine light comes on...

When you drain your coolant, go ahead and rip out the stock radiator and put in a good one. Stock radiator is not sufficient to cool the thing. After that you should be ok.
