Last time I hear you were in school, you spun out in a FWD at an onramp. Pretty amazing considering you're making a WHOMPING 100fwhp with that t3/t4.last time i i heard you was in skool i think u hit a tree?????

lol Yeah. The Garage HRS exhaust is some JDM bling bling bullshit that I dont really understand. Appearently it was the same exhaust used on the "Cyber Evo" that set some record at Tskuba Circuit (sp?) and these exhausts were hand made by Sun Auto/ Garage HRS, so only a few of them were made every month. I believe they're discontinued now. lol. The reason I like it is because it's probally the most quiet full 3" exhaust for the Evo. I've had a couple other full 3" catbacks and they were ungodly loud (Greddy Ti, Helix, etc). The other quieter exhausts that I've tried that's quieter either has a really restrictive muffler section or pretty bad neck downs in the piping ( like the Apexi NOIR, Tanabe Touring Medallion).
I didn't like the look of the tip of the Sun Auto/ Garage HRS at first, but you get used to it. It's not too hard to live with considering the quitness, performance, and quality of the exhaust.

As they are now, i'd say the Evo is faster than the 240, but the 240 didn't have nearly as many mods as the Evo does, so it's kinda not fair to compare. As far as how fun they are to drive, I'd still have to say the 240 is much funner to drive. Probally because it was RWD and it didn't have all these computers and crap controlling the car. You feel more connected to the car and the road with the 240, as opposed to the Evo, where it almost drives FOR you. When you make mistakes with the Evo, it seems like it makes corrections for you, so you don't have to. Just a different driving experience I guess.
Overall, I think they're both great cars. If I could do it all over again though, I'd probally just re-do the RB'd 240sx. lol. With the money I spent on the Evo and modding it, I could've had one badass 240.
Hmmm. It's actually kinda hard to compare the two. They're two completely different platforms. As far as the powerband of the RB and the Evo, they're actually quite similar now. Very surprising, considering the RB was a 2.5L and the Evo is a 2.0L. I'm able to spool up to full boost (25psi) around 3000 RPM, while the RB would hit full boost (15psi) at around 2800RPM. It's taken quite a lot more mods and work to get the Evo to even have the response and feel of the 240, but it's pretty nice to drive now.
