ITS NOT COMING OFF.... ITS SO EFFING TIGHT....THIS SUCKS... k im done...

here are some pics of what i did

here my dad pushed with all his might while i smashed the swivel part of the breaker bar with that big hammer...

i also tied the engine down from all over so it wouldnt go anywhere

so plan B is to rent a powerful impact gun and then if it that doesnt work.. plan C is to haul the whole engine to a machine shop

im not 100% positive.

But the crank pully on my old accord (a20) and my buddies 91 prelude with 4ws and a jdm b20 had reverse thread crank bolts.

Righty loosy, lefty tighty lol...

I dont think the H's are the same though, but it thought id throw it out.

If all else fails take it to a machine shop with 1/2" air lines, and high power impacts.... that'll pop that thing out without a problem.

ALRIGHT GUYS!

i went and bought the most pwoerful impact gun i could find, it was a 800 ft. lbs torque one... and it seemed big and heavy enough... but y'know what... it effin sucked ass and did jack all.

i threw the engine on its side though and pulled out my dads huuuge 3/4 inch ratchet which has no flex in it and put a pipe on there and my bro to stand on the engine and with everything stiff like that it finally came loose... thank god... i guess the key was to make sure nothing moved.

ps. i will be returning that POS impact gun =)

800ft lbs didnt get it out, you most likely werent supplying enough air pressure to it.. we keep ours at the shop around 190psi.

btw: wd40 wont do s**t for seized bolts.....you have to use liquid wrench or pb blaster.....liquid wrench is my recommendation though.

I've always put the breaker bar on the crank pully, wedged it on the ground and dropped the car, then I turned the car over then quickly turned it off, always works like a champ. But with the engine out... it won't be as easy.
