So I purchased a JDM P30 of a member on this site. Well after I got around to installing it, my car's been idling up and down like the day I swapped the B16. Plus, I now have a cel, code 1. If I plug up the old ecu I was running, a P61, everything is fine. The only real difference I notice is that it runs rich and it's really sluggish before vtec. I've come to the conclusion that there's a wiring difference between the JDM P30 and the USDM P61. I've looked everywhere; google, honda-tech, here, and found nothing.

Does anyone know where I could find a wiring diagram for a JDM P30?

Thanks,

They aren't different. Do you know if the ecu has been chipped? Sounds like there is a program in there with the o2 disabled.

I just thought of something else? I'm thinking maybe it's an auto ecu, in which case I believe i was lied too. How do I tell?

maybe you just need an o2 sensor if it is throwing a code 1
Highly doubt it for 2 reasons, 1.) I replaced the o2 sensor not even a year ago and, 2.) My other ecu doesn't throw any codes, nor does it rev up and down.

No chip, the socket where the chip goes is empty. Any other ideas?
