odometer/spedometer started going in and out, thinkin vss

They declined our offer on the house and have decided to do more renavations on the house. I dunno who cried the most, me or John. It's ok though... I wasn't about to dump 320k into a 1 bedroom 1 bath 1953 built house anyways!
